- Audit-Ready Compliance Sprints
- SecureLogic Care Plans
- Client Portal Access
3. Payment & Billing
Templates, policies, and resources remain the intellectual property of SecureLogic AI. Clients are billed securely via Stripe. Subscription-based services renew monthly unless canceled.
4. Intellectual Property
All templates, policies, and materials are protected under intellectual property laws. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use only. Reproduction or resale without written consent is prohibited.
5. Limitations of Liability
SecureLogic AI provides resources for compliance preparation but does not guarantee regulatory outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or reliance on provided materials.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or misuse of purchased materials. Access to services will end upon termination.
