1. Digital Products (Policy Kits & Templates)
All digital product purchases (e.g., AI Policy Kits) are non-refundable once delivered, due to their nature as immediately accessible and copyable resources.

2. Consulting Services (Audit-Ready Sprints & Care Plans)
Audit-Ready Sprint ($1,500):
- Cancellations received within 24 hours of purchase may be refunded.
- Once the engagement begins, refunds are no longer available.
SecureLogic Care Plan (Monthly Subscription):
- Subscriptions are billed monthly.
- Cancellations can occur at any time; however, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Consultation Bookings
Free consultations can be canceled or rescheduled at any time through Calendly.
Missed appointments for future paid consultations are non-refundable without 24-hour notice.
